1. Who provides Blockyard
Blockyard is published by Leeroy Servers (“we”, “us”). These terms cover this download website and the Blockyard desktop application. Our contact website is blockyard.site. Using Blockyard means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Early-access software
Blockyard is experimental software under active development. Features may change, break or be removed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Minecraft version, Java runtime, mod, router or machine, or preservation of files across every operation or update. Downloads are supplied without a service-level or recovery guarantee. There is no automatic cloud backup or world-recovery service.
Keep copies of your worlds and configurations outside Blockyard’s data directory and test that you can restore them. Stop servers cleanly before copying active worlds. Check the server and its data after updates. These precautions reduce risk; they do not change any legal rights you have.
3. Your servers and network
You control the servers you create, the files you modify, the commands you run and the people you allow to connect. You are responsible for appropriate permissions, backups, moderation and complying with applicable law and third-party licences. Do not use Blockyard to gain unauthorised access to another system or interfere with other people’s servers.
Enabling UPnP or forwarding ports may make your Minecraft server accessible from the internet. You choose whether to enable it. Router settings, firewalls, internet providers, other server software and your own configuration affect access and security.
4. Downloads and third parties
Blockyard can download Minecraft server software, Paper releases and Eclipse Temurin Java runtimes. Those projects have their own terms, licences and privacy policies. You must accept the Minecraft EULA when creating a server and comply with the relevant Minecraft usage rules. Blockyard is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, PaperMC or Eclipse Adoptium. We do not control third-party services or promise that they will remain available.
5. Files, warranties and responsibility
We do not provide a contractual guarantee that this early-access app is error-free or that a world or file can be recovered. You accept the disclosed experimental risks when deciding whether to use it. Where the law permits, Leeroy Servers is not responsible for loss of files or worlds, corrupted configurations, lost income or downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control, third-party software or services, or your own changes or failure to maintain appropriate backups.
This does not exclude liability for harm we cause where the law makes us responsible. In particular, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and any statutory remedies for defective digital content remain available. This warning is not a waiver of those rights.
6. Availability, updates and support
We may update or discontinue future downloads or features. We do not promise a particular release schedule or support response time. You can stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling the app is designed to leave its server data in place; always make a separate backup before uninstalling or manually deleting files.
7. Changes and disputes
We may revise these terms for future use and will update the effective date on this page. Changes do not remove rights you already have or retroactively excuse liability. Contact Leeroy Servers through blockyard.site if you have a concern. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts, accept arbitration or give up the protections of the law that applies to you.
